The Accommodations Team at Crown College coordinates services needed by students who have a documented disability. All requests for accommodations must be made through the accommodations team.

Adjustments to your on-campus living space to better support your needs
Changes to your meal plan due to dietary, medical, or disability-related needs
An approved animal that assists with a disability by providing emotional support and is allowed in campus housing
This form is used to notify the Accommodations Team that you will be utilizing a Service Animal on campus or in campus housing.
A trained animal that assists with a disability and is allowed in all public campus spaces
Our commitment is to provide reasonable accommodations and services to students who have disabilities so that students with disabilities have equal access to the opportunity for academic success as students without disabilities, not to provide special treatment or advantages that students without disabilities do not receive.
