Students requesting special housing accommodations must provide documentation no older than one year.
Students must re-apply for housing accommodations each academic year.
Accommodations are not considered approved until the review process has been completed and approval has been granted by the Accommodations Team.
Student Responsibilities for All Accommodations:

Identify himself/herself as a student with a disability by completing the Accommodation Application to request reasonable accommodations.

Provide adequate documentation of the specific disability. Documentation must be signed by an appropriate professional qualified to diagnose the disability.

Follow all applicable Crown College policies and procedures.

Notify the Accommodations Team if there are any changes to the student’s diagnosis or accommodation needs.
