If you have made a purchase for a club function, here are the steps to get reimbursed.
1. Download the Reimbursement Form
2. Fill out/print the form
3. Get signatures from Club Treasurer & Club Advisor
4. Turn form into Senate Treasurer for final processing & signature
5. Turn form into Billing Office
6. Billing Office will notify you when the reimbursement is ready.
Anytime there is a change in finances that doesn't involve the reimbursement form, you must notify the Senate Treasurer. Examples of needing to notify the Treasurer include:
1. When a purchasing card is used
2. When doing any fundraiser
Some clubs raise money to increase how much they can spend on events throughout the year.
1. Fill out the Revenue Submission form below for any money raised.
2. Turn form into Student Senate Treasurer.
3. Student Senate Treasurer will forward the form for other signatures and turn into the billing office. Revenue Submission Form

1. Before starting the process, make sure to have all event details, including date, location, time, and supplies needed.
2. Go to the events tab for Campus Groups (link below)
3. Click the "Create Event button at the top to create an event.
4. Follow all the prompts for event approval.

Anytime there is a change in leadership (Club President, or Faculty/Staff Advisor), it is important you keep us informed. Please e-mail Student Senate with any Club updates.
1. Canva can be a great resource for creating simple, but high quality advertisements.
2. Unsplash is a great site to get pictures that are not copyrighted.
3. Use of Social Media and videos are great tools to advertise too!
4. If you need extra support, reach out to your Advisor to help with printing materials for events/promotions.

2. Save advertisements as a PDF in order to ensure it printing correctly.
3. Generally, event posters are printed on 11x17 paper.
4. All posters must be stamped at the Student Development office prior to being hung up.
